at the same time to improve existing skills. This month, we have collected for

nature.
We will show how to get great photos fields and colorful
landscapes. Learn how to remove the flowers in the room and on the street, but
also we will share with you tips on taking pictures of birds and animals.
Every day, accompanied by the appearance of new colors, you cannot
lose a second. So rather grab my camera and run into the street.
1. Bells in the frame
It happens that the picture is much more expressive and
"screaming" about the arrival of a long-awaited spring than a field
dotted with bells seen firsthand. These views can be found in the spring easily
the country. But to transfer the essence of color frame this fully, you need to
learn a few tricks.
Do not try to fit in the frame the scene or, for example, to
squeeze the treetops. Otherwise, bells or other small color of the solution
within the image: they will not be seen. Instead, as the focus point, use the
bells themselves. Fall a little and get the view, the beautiful from an
artistic point of view.
Use focal length telephoto lens to squeeze a little
perspective and tightly put together bells in the frame.
Use a tripod and reduce the aperture to a minimum, for
example, f / 16. This will increase the depth of field, and all the colors in
the frame will be displayed as sharply, as seen by your eyes.
You can search for a scene in which part of the colors will
be illuminated by sunlight, and some will be in the shade. Exposing the
exposure for a picture, do not worry about the shadow area, such as tree trunks
in the background. Expose a frame in the zones, sunlit.
Use the forest paths and shadows in the form of lines that
lead the viewer's eye to the main character of the composition.
2. Photograph cultivated plants
Landscape photography - is not only a broad perspective that
opens before the viewer. You can find any number of alternative scenes and farm
for this approach is the best.
These pictures were taken in the field with giant cane using
a super wide-angle lens 12-24mm. It was a windy day, and sharp images required
shutter speed, in this case, 1/500.
Removing the condition that the sun's rays shine at our
backs, we got in the frame beautiful blue sky, but pictures taken against the
sun came out more melancholy, but no less artistic.
3. Use the line created by nature
Wonderful advice for improving the composition - to seek out
in the frame line created by nature itself, which will lead the viewer's eye.
For this purpose, for example, may be suitable hedges or stone embankment.
4. Find the scenic spots in the country
To diversify the landscape photographs, include the frame
high-rise buildings, for example, find a windmill and an old castle, and use it
as a point of focus.
Not for a moment forget about the composition. The picture,
which includes the entire object can turn out excellent, but it is worth trying
to remove the structure at an angle, capturing only the upper part of it. Shoot
better on the wide-angle lens with a focal length approximately equal to 10-12
mm.
For photographs in this format include undesirably frame
ground and the surrounding space. Sit down and point the lens of your camera
upward.
Decide in which format, horizontal or vertical, will look
better picture.
5. Wait for clearer skies
If the sky suddenly overcast with clouds - that's no reason
to remove this second chamber.
And agreed that the photographs cloudy sky looks much more
expressive than the infinite blue horizon. Although the abundance of sullen
gray clouds may create a very different mood, a melancholic.
Wait until the ray of sunlight suddenly will break through
the clouds and illuminates the landscape. Photos taken at this time, are always
obtained spectacular.
6. Do not neglect the black and white photograph
The combination of blue sea water, sand beige and white
rocks gives a beautiful landscape picture, so why then save all these colors?
The answer is simple - to convey the mood, increase exposure.
Begin to experiment with converting your photos, and you'll
get even more bold results. The photo above was taken in overcast weather, and
more monochrome colors emphasize the drama of the image.
7. Select the correct settings for shooting flowers
Rich colors, which have flowers and plants in the spring and
summer, as the magnets attract photographers in the gardens and woods.
Their intense shades and variety of colors create a very
nice picture of the human eye. If you would like to pay tribute to the beauty
of flowers and capture them on your camera, try to adjust it accordingly.
In most cases, the flowers have to shoot at a very small
distance, so the depth of field to be treated with special care.
You have to very careful to direct the focus and select the
aperture value so that in the area of field were only those elements which,
according to your idea is central to the frame.
Among all the possible modes in this situation more
appropriate aperture priority (Av). Use a tripod to the camera instability did
not affect the sharpness of the image.
8. Choose the most suitable lens
Of course, for subject photography and close-ups are ideal
macro lens. But speaking frankly, to get beautiful photos of wild and
cultivated plants is possible and removing the lens with the other range of
focal lengths.
For example, a lens with a tele-zoom lens is ideal for
shooting flowerbeds or those already mentioned wild bells, simply because he is
able to visually compress the distance between colors.
But the wide-angle lenses are also doing their part. For
example, if you place the camera close enough to the subject shooting
wide-angle lens can fit in the frame the landscape, and at the same display
colors so that they will prevail in the foreground.
With 18-55mm zoom lens, we shot on 18mm and use an external
flash to make the focus on the flower.
9. Pick the correct values for the aperture when shooting
macro flowers
The diaphragm with a small hole always gives maximum sharp
image, but this is not always the best option. Set the aperture equal to f /
22, and the background, which will be in the field, will distract the viewer
from the main subject in the frame.
Select the optimum distribution of the field to the flower
was in the of field and other details were vague and did not distract the
viewer.
10. Options for lighting in the garden
Bright sunny day is usually not the best time to take
pictures of flowers. Light passing through the clouds, gives the best results.
Scattered light evenly illuminates the plant and promotes natural colors.
However, you can take advantage of direct sunlight, if you
want to emphasize the structure of the flower show its translucent leaves and
petals.
11. Take everything under control
The easiest way to take in the gardens with a competent
organization. In these gardens, plants are planted in a certain order, as a
result from certain angles, the garden looks a whole.
But in your own garden you are likely to have fun to try to
make a decent picture. And the secret often lies in the need to simplify the
frame as much as possible, get rid of unnecessary items.
Organically fit in one frame all the flower bed is almost
impossible because of the distracting elements that together create a
photo-bag, to say nothing of the whole garden.
In the spring, when many plants are just starting to come
back to life, it is best to photograph flowers individually.
Do not forget that each flower is a small component of the
whole garden, through which and changes everything around. You can take
pictures of large flowers with their standard zoom lens.
However, buying a macro lens will allow you to fill the
whole frame with smaller flowers and plants.
The path to a successful frame is in full control of the
surrounding area and the technique used.
Clear the stage
Find the most attractive flower (or a few flowers).
Background and foreground uncluttered help focus attention on the subject. If
you are around, for example, are fallen leaves, of course, they should be
removed.
12. Do not let the wind to spoil the shot!
Even a faint breeze makes it almost impossible to establish
a clear picture. Use a thick layer of white material to protect the flower from
the wind and at the same time take advantage of its reflective properties and
highlight the deep shadows.
Camera alignment
Be sure to use a stable tripod. To move the camera to
aperture priority (Av). Then you can select the ideal aperture values without
worrying about exposure, all the work for you to make the camera itself.
Create background
Sometimes it is simply impossible to find a perspective that
will provide background, not cluttered with unnecessary details, something will
definitely distract the attention.
In this case, the only right decision - to make the
background.
A large sheet of colored cardboard is perfect for the role
of the background. Simply place it behind the flower, and you get a colorful
and bright background without unnecessary details. Different shades of green,
blue and gray are best to cope with the task. Position the background from the
object as far as possible.
13. Photographing flowers in the kitchen
For full control over the composition, lighting and
background, some photographers shoot flowers in the studio. Similar results,
and you can get without leaving the house, with only a few necessary items.
This method is more suitable for taking cultivated plants.
You can resort to this technique on a rainy day or if the shooting was
postponed for the evening.
To create this image we used the light box. In our case light
box served as a special accessory that has been used before to see the
slideshow. This accessory highlights the leaves and flower petals, stressing
their structure and creates a perfect white background.
We also took advantage of the external flash to create a
fill light. Shutter speed and aperture manually, we set up (1/2 sec at f / 22)
and use a tripod to get the sharpest image possible of roses.
14. Remove the animals!
Sheep - one of the most photogenic and lovely creatures, and
find them out of town in the spring will have no difficulty. So, armed with his
best zoom lens with a focal length of at least 200mm, go to the photoshoot. Use
Av mode and to remove the aperture, e.g., f / 4 and f / 5.6.
You should not be chosen too close to the animals, all the
movement is smoothly and slowly. Carefully lower so that the camera was on them
at eye level.
In a side-light or backlight, you can emphasize the wool
lamb or sheep, which turn into a glowing halo.
If you are more adventurous and adventurist you can try your
luck and try to "hunt" for other animals, such as rabbits or
pheasants for.
16. How to photograph beautiful plumage
It does not always capture the beauty of wildlife in its
natural manifestation. But you can always go to the zoo and take pictures of
wild animals there. We are, to my delight, found that the peacocks are not
afraid of hands and love to pose for the camera.
Instead of moving away and trying to fit into the frame all
the peacock's tail, on the contrary, try a little closer and create a creative
composition in the frame.
Do not forget that the focal length is inevitably reflected
in sharp shots. Increasing the focal length, reduces the time of exposure. For
example, when the focal length of 250mm shoot at shutter speeds 1 / 500sek (or
shorter).
15. Imagine that you're shooting a portrait
Photographing animals, you remember all the known techniques
of portraiture. Their use during the shooting of animals will help you get
great photos. For example, try to set the camera in a vertical position,
increase the subject and wait for the animal to take a spectacular position.
Be sure to point the focus to the eyes and blurs the
background.
17. Patience always pays off
When it comes to wildlife photography, one of the main
weapons in favor of patience. We have to wait for the only time and the light
will fall exactly as we want, and when lamb synchronously turn heads in our
direction.
